The living room and the kitchen opens directly to the garden.  The kitchen is fully equipped with stove ,oven ,refrigerator / freezer, microwave ,Dishwasher ,Washing Machine ,Iron and Ironing Board ,Coffee machine ,electric kettle and toaster . The living room has a wood fire and Satellite TV and DVD . The house has central heating. On the outside of the house theres a garde with barbecue and a large table for 8 persons and garden loungers. There is also a fantastic private pool with an electric protection cover. The garden in partially lawn  .

There are well stocked supermarkets within three minutes Drive from the village, and a coffee near the house. Within 5 Minutes, by car, you arrive to the center of Ericeira. There are large Supermarkets , and lots of establishments and restaurants, with great food, and cafes around the hills providing tranquility setting , with cheap quality food and wine .

 

Ericeira won the World Surfing Reserve Faze , then obviously the vast coastline of beaches and idyllic coves are the main attraction .

 

Just 20 km by car, you will find Sintra, an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
